These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sortbase website and browser extension ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Sortbase

Sortbase is a browser extension that helps users organize their AI chat conversations across platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok with folders, bookmarks, search, and prompts management.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Sortbase offers a 14-day free trial and paid subscription tiers (monthly and annual). When you start a trial or subscription, you gain access to premium features as described at the time of signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal linked inside the extension; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the most recent charge.

3. User Data and Privacy

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.
